Whether you are new to veganism, or just looking for some different ideas, this course is a good starting point for you.

We will use some vegan convenience foods as well as tofu and a range of beans and pulses. We will prepare a quick meal, a dairy free cheesy sauce, easy chocolate brownies and some yummy pancakes.
