The session begins with coffee at 10am, followed by a demonstration. Learn how to grind spices to make your own Thai Green curry paste. Take a break, and enjoy some tasty sweet corn fritters.
There is time to explore cutting and preparation techniques, whilst preparing a selection of tasty curries, fragrant Pad Thai noodles, and a delicious green papaya salad. At the end of the afternoon you will sit down to eat the results.
