Inspired by Italy. A taste of the sun; a relaxed day of cooking using simple staple ingredients and local seasonal produce.
The day begins with coffee and biscotti at 10am, followed by a demonstration. Learn how to make a simple wheat pasta dough, pizza base, and polenta.
We will create and sample selection of bruschetta.
The afternoon session is a mixture of demonstration and practical cookery. We prepare a classic basil pesto, assemble a selection of pizzas, and cook up some delicious pasta sauces.
We will sit down to eat the results, rounding off with scrumptious strawberries with amaretto and chocolate.
All food is suitable for vegans.
