Inspired by Italy. A taste of the sun; a relaxed day of cooking using simple staple ingredients and local seasonal produce.
The day begins with coffee and biscotti at 10am, followed by a demonstration. Learn how to make a simple wheat pasta dough, pizza base, and polenta.
We will create and sample selection of bruschetta.
The afternoon session is a mixture of demonstration and practical cookery. We prepare a classic basil pesto, assemble a selection of pizzas, fill ravioli and cook up some delicious pasta sauces.
All food is suitable for vegans.
