Love Indian food? Recreate your favourite restaurant meal at home. Explore spices; learn how to make tasty snacks and some simple curries.
The day begins with coffee at 10am, followed by a demonstration, after which you will prepare some tasty samosas and onion bhajis which we will enjoy for a light lunch.
The afternoon session is a mixture of demonstration and practical cookery. We will make a base sauce which we will use to prepare a selection of curries. We will then make some side dishes and chapatti. At the end of the afternoon you will sit down to eat the results.
All food is suitable for vegans.
