Want some new ideas for your festive entertaining? Cooking for a vegetarian visitor this Christmas? Come along and put a new twist on classic ingredients.
The day begins at 10.00am with coffee and Christmas shortbread. Desserts are demonstrated, after which you prepare a range of starters and desserts. The starters are shared at lunch time.
After lunch the main course is demonstrated. Then you prepare a range of main course dishes, including wild mushroom and almond money bags, savoury strudel and variations on the traditional nut roast.
At the end of the afternoon you will sit down to eat the results and sample the desserts you made earlier.
All food is suitable for vegans.
