Expand your repertoire by trying out new Christmas recipes. The day begins with coffee and pastries. Desserts are demonstrated, after which you prepare a range of starters and desserts. The starters are shared at lunch time.
We prepare a range of main course dishes, including Festive Spiced Pie, Mushroom and Spelt Money Bags and Chestnut and Cranberry Roast. At the end of the afternoon, sit down to eat the results and sample the desserts you made earlier.
All food is suitable for vegans.
