Terms and Conditions After making a provisional booking, a completed booking form needs to be returned with a deposit of £50 to secure your booking. Booking confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. All parties are to be paid for in full at least 7 days prior to the party. Details of allergies and special dietary requirements need to be given at the time of booking. Cancellation In the event of illness, adverse weather conditions or unforeseeable circumstances, we will look to rearrange the booking. However should, this not be possible, we will refund your deposit, provided you give us 7 days notice. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice of the party, the deposit may not be refunded, as this will cover, administration and compensation costs. In the unlikely event we have to cancel a party, we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable period of time or a full refund will be given. Health and Safety Cooking requires the use of heat and sharp utensils so there is inevitably a risk of accidents. To minimise this risk, we ask that each person dress appropriately for all courses. Suitable footwear should be worn, i.e. non-slip, non-open toed. Our Lizzy reserves the right to refuse to teach individuals who disrupt the session and compromise the safety of other children.
