Explore a range of gluten free staple ingredients, plus dairy and sugar free alternatives. All of these are available from The Bran Tub in Malvern. Cookery tips will be given, along with simple nutritional advice.
The day is a mixture of demonstration and practical hands on cookery with lots of time to sample the results. We will make a variety of sweet and savoury dishes.
All food is suitable for vegans.
